Production line introduction:

Empire has a production line with annual rubber hose production of 10 million nominal meters, together with one testing center, one R&D center and twelve workshops including assembly, rubber refining, processing, galvanization and fitting, sulfuration, depoling, assembly, packaging and services.Empire also has 320 sets of complete manufacturing and processing machines, including braiders, winding machine, wire stranding machine, press vulcanizers, conveyors, pressure preliminary rubber and plastics refiner, as well as advanced testing devices, such as pressure testing machines, burst testing machine, impulse testing machine and rotorlesscuremeters. Our factory can realize annual production of rubber hoses of 1.2 million meters, stainless steel metal hoses of 1.6 million meters, sealing parts of 20 million pieces, connectors of 26 million pieces, compensators of 200 thousand sets, and rubber products of 30 thousand tons.

R& D department

We are a directing member to China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Hose and Rubber Tape Branch; a designated manufacturer and first-tier supplier of CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC and China Coal; and also one of the top ten largest rubber hose manufacturers, in terms of research, development and production of spare parts for use on high-performance hydraulic systems.
